Cozybyte / Accessibility
Making Cozybyte
easy for everyone to use.
Cozybyte is built to work without a technical vocabulary or a steady mouse hand. This page describes the access work already in the website and the Windows app, and where to write if something blocks you.
Effective October 9, 2026
This website
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA on this website, and automated accessibility checks run against the main pages.
Pages use one main heading, visible labels on account fields, and a skip link to the content. Buttons and links are named for what they do. Focus is visible when you move with a keyboard. Text can wrap on a narrow screen, and the layout is meant to scroll without a sideways bar.
Keyboard, contrast, and motion
The account flow can be completed from the keyboard, including the subscription choices and the passkey step your browser provides. If you have asked the system to reduce motion, the site drops the entrance animation. The words next to any decorative image carry the meaning.
Language
Account, billing, download, and these footer pages are available in English and Spanish. Use Español on this page, or English when you are reading the Spanish version. The marketing home is available in both languages. A screen reader should hear the language of the page you are on.
The Windows app
The Windows app follows your Windows settings. It respects your text size, stops its animations when Windows animations are off, and uses your system colors in high contrast. Settings lets you choose Windows’ own theme, light, or dark.
Buttons, icons, and chat messages have names a screen reader reads, and progress and results are announced as they happen. In the chat, Enter sends a message and Shift+Enter starts a new line. The app explains what Cozybyte saw, what it did not check, and what needs a yes.
If you hit a barrier
If a page, an email, or the Windows app blocks you, write from the email on the account, or start at Help & support. Say the page address and what you were trying to do. Cozybyte will use that to fix the barrier, and will not ask you for a password.
